Overview
This website presents T3chatbot (EXT:ai_chatbot), a TYPO3 extension by Net2typo. We process personal data only to the extent needed to provide this website and to respond to your enquiries, as described below.
Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by [Hosting provider, address].
When you visit the website, the server automatically records information your browser sends, such as:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Requested page or file
- Referring URL
- Browser type and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log files are deleted after [retention period].
Contact form & email
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, for example at support@net2typo.com, we process your name, email address, your message, and any details you provide, such as your company, the topic you picked, and how many domains you run, in order to answer your enquiry. Company and number of domains are optional.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Using EXT:ai_chatbot
This policy covers this website only. If you install EXT:ai_chatbot on your own TYPO3 site, you are the controller for the data processed there. The extension offers configurable consent before third-party AI requests, privacy links and AI disclaimers, and local Ollama inference to support your own compliance, but it does not replace your own privacy policy or legal review.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data erased (Art. 17)
- restrict processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
To exercise these rights, email support@net2typo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example [competent supervisory authority].
Changes
We update this policy when our website or the applicable law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
